No. Its pumice 80% and some bark and palm fibres. The sphagnum on top is just to protect the 'stem' of the seedlings - they have a climbing habit until maturing. The internodes are about 1cm! As I didn't want to repot again - there is a first big and strong root growing since I last repotted - I just opped with living - dead already -Sphagnum.
