Got this from Matt Gore just before he moved away. I'm surprised at the size of the flower -- it's so small!

Yup
Considerably smaller than the nominal form, but much better colors.

Colors are on the verge of barbatum, which I understand has some range overlap, and intergrade forms with var. sublaeve
 
Yup; small and cute as ever! I like this variety better than regular callosum. The colours can be outstanding.....as with this clone. Plus, this variety is extremely vigorous and grows into a multiflowering specimen quickly.
 
I like it very much, it's good in shape and colouration. As to the size obviously your photo shows it bigger than it is in reality.

Yes -- I probably should have photographed something with it to show scale.
