Cat they have always grown on me, however, as of this moment I've not mastered growing them. Mr. those are very nice indeed.

You must live near leucochilum heaven.
I got one mature size over a year ago, but all it does is adding more growth.
I do like their thick fleshy leaves as well.
hope mine will bloom sooner than later.
