got some groovy plants at my orchid society's annual auction
always get great deals and the plants were pretty fantastic, at least the ones i got (thanks to Troy Meyers Conservatory, Orchid Inn, Oak Hill, Orchids by Hausermann and the many members who brought plants!)
sorry the picture is rather terrible
i shall try to get some new ones in the near future

front row (left to right): Tolumnia variegata, Kegeliella atripilosa, compot of Phal stuartiana
middle row (l-r): Brassavola nodosa 'Minnie Mouse', Paph primulinum, Paph Lady Isabel
near the back: Mexicoa ghiesbreghtiana, Paph praestans
giant plant in back: Acineta superba

How many in the compot?
Possible trade next year???

Hopefully your auction was more affordable.
The one I attended last year, some plants went for triple of vendors price.

thanks, y'all
it was nighttime and i didn't have much light when i took the photos....
compot had maybe ten plants. have several individually potted, others still in compots. i'm keeping my fingers crossed 'cause i killed the last compot i tried....

people always get great prices on plants. we don't have terrific turnout but i think we did okay. still waiting to learn numbers but....
