I just noticed that your flower is quite similar to the flower pictured in the threat entitled, 'Peppermint' (nivium x adductum 'Blacktop').

Yes, it is a Paphiopedilum and it has stripes! oke:

Well, they both have multi-floral as one parent.
These hybrids turn out similar. The biggest difference might be the base color, but always strips of varying degree, shapes quite similar. Some better than others, few good, many horrible if they bloom ever. lol

Hi Eric, I picked it up from Ten Shin last fall. I think it was ~55 US

I also just got a yang ji diamond, and a Wössner black wings a few weeks ago from him. These were a bit pricier.
