As reliable an annual bloomer as any we've seen, this remains one of my all time favorite non-slipper species. Perfumes the entire small greenhouse at night!

It just looks a bit dense for capense http://www.molo.ru/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4069&start=0(butbut if it is a sib cross it may well be just a very good form from selected parents. Mike - Thanks for the info. Here's a close-up photo of the flower that might help. The few M. braybonae flowers I've seen have had a more closed or forward clasping form; they didn't seem to open quite as fully as capense.
