I didn't expect this one to bud and bloom so soon, but I got a somewhat dessicated plant of this almost a month ago. I guess it likes its reliable watering. The flower is very tiny, 15mm or so. It's somewhat translucent. I never knew maxillarias were this small.

I'll definately trade away pieces of it in the future. I got it unestablished and dehydrated, last month. It will take a while before it looks good enough to part out.
 
Lovely! Since it is tiny, why don't you keep it? It adds a little more colour to your collection...:D
