I just had a paph hybrid is was able to harvest and I was wondering if the cold can hurt the seeds during mailing? The seeds were dry pod harvested. I live in Minnesota and it's been cold!
Mailing seed, does the cold hurt them?

They aren't likely to be exposed to freezing temperatures for very long unless there's an outside mailbox involved, but it doesn't really matter. Dry mature seed shouldn't really be hurt by freezing.

If seed can be stored for future use by freezing, then freezing in transit shouldn't be a problem.
