Masdevallia sanctae-inesae. I was wondering if someday it will bear many blooms at the same time. It looks like it is quite happy now.

I must say it is much easier to grow for me than norops...

Very nice blooming. Mine comes and goes in waves of flowers but I can never get it like yours. Have you tried selfing it before? Mine doesn't seem to want to take.
