Flask to compot, seedling pre-soak

Hi,

I'm looking to continue to improve my deflasking process and wondering if people presoak seedlings before planting in a compot. If so, what is the solution and for how long?

Auxin like what comes in rooting packages for grafting? I'd imagine you would have to be careful with the concentrations given plants are sensitive to plant hormones?

Have you tried using inocucor or a kelp formula, I heard they promote good root growth.
