This is a neat species originally from White Oak Orchids and although it's a previously bloomed plant, it's the first flower for me. It's growing in high light, inside the g.h. in semi hydro.

I've only had it for about 6 months and it will put out a few flowers at a time, though right now it's just carrying the single flower. My plant isn't as large as yours. I've also got it staked pretty well so it doesn't take up space or ramble. Some I've seen have a bit more color to the flower.
 
For some reason I don't like my Dendrobiums staked. I mostly mounted my Dendrobiums and let it hang. Mine problem is keeping them moist in the summer! Talk about ramble, one of the canes of my uniflorum is 3.5 feet long!
