This is a mericlone Plant of ‘Tokyo #1’ I got from Frank Smith while attending the Slipper Symposium this year. It was in bud when I bought it and this inflorescence was produced and bloomed about one month after the first one. The flowers on the first inflorescence were a bit bigger and displayed better. Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of that... busy with holidays and work.

Thank you Katahdin. Your photo is much nicer than the one on the website...not the
photo, the flower. Well, actually, the photo too now that I've considered it.

Very nice colored lip.

Petals are a little pinched. Sometimes it’s genetics, other times it’s low humidity.

Has it bloomed better before?
