First flowering of Cattleya walkeriana coerulea this morning. Got it 2 years ago and just opened today

First bloom doesn’t always show potential. So wait till next year or two to see how it performs. The key here is that you have one that actually blooms!

Much better today. It is actually a nice flower! Detected slight scent.
