It's been five months and so far so good:



I tried two media:



I tried adding some sphagnum, but it didn't work out so well. Repotted and the plant is starting to recover. seems to be good leaf growth with the coarser mix but much better root growth with the finer mix. Both are 4 parts bark, one part rock, 1 part pearlite.

I water the coarser mix twice as often as the finer mix.

They grow them well in mix of fine bark, seramis and fine pumice, 1:1:1.
