I received three very distinctly-mottled paphs with totally illegible labels, but I suppose they could say bullenianum....

Two of the three, Dot, and they are almost identical.

Chad - can you spell "auction"?

Nice flower. This fits neatly into the botanical concept of P. bullenianum. Not sure what horticulturists would say who maintain names like amabile, linii, johorense etc.
