Vandas in a basket with very coarse bark. The catt is in Coarse bark & perlite. There is more perlite evident on the Catt as an experiment. Slugs don't seem to like it, won't crawl on it ( as yet )

Lovely bright colour! I have also tried the perlite as a slug repeller, I found it worked at first, but then the protective effect seemed to wear off for some reason (perhaps slugs learned to like it?).
