Advice on Hung Sheng flasks

I am about to order some flasks directly from hung sheng. Any deflasking tips from those who have experience with HS flasks? I intend to pot the whole flask in a compot. Do you guys remove the agar or leave it on? I heard orchid inn advices to take as much agar off as possible. Thanks!!

HS agar is usual soft and mostly falls off. I wash it off with a gentle stream of water.
I divide the flask into 2 compots just in case one gets a bad fungus etc.
