is there a name for a phenomenon in which advertising for one company's product also helps other companys? ..for example, when pizza hut advertises , it also helps smaller pizza places by inducing that craving for pizza in general ..a customer last night said he saw a pizza commercial and he suddenly craved pizza..but he's a regular customer at Razzis

well, yeah..obviously..but i am doing research on this and need to know the specific lingo (in marketing)
