From the markings on the bud, i would have to agree with paphioboy that its Phal javanicum.

I'd say javanica. Between the markings, and the way it had to be convinced not to take a nose dive into the media. :rollhappy:

Ok it's a phal. javanica.

Here's another photo today.

It didn't fully open all the way and is already somewhat fading. I guess it got stressed while i was adjusting it in the s/h pot and I also damaged the spike a little while I was moving it around.

I hope the next one comes out a bit better
