These are actually Bulbo-ish species.

Trias disciflora (the largest flowered of the genus).

The tongue is an inch long

Bulbo (sometimes Rhytionanthos) mirum (or ssp)


The flower is about 1.5 inches long. The little filaments coming from under the dorsal sepal move in the breeze, and make it look like a crawling beattle like thing.
 
I love mirum...I checked mine the other day and think I see signs of blooming in the near future. It looks like it is mounted the same as mine...Andy P ????

Yes another Andy's plant. This one is actually the one labled "affin. mirum", but asside from being a bit darker and more spotted than the standard it can't be a different species.
