A strongly contrasted bloom, I doubt anyone will consider it pretty, but it sure wins prizes for presence. Jim, is it fairly easy and quick to grow?

That has been my experience with similar crosses, slow to grow and very mixed results, with by far the majority not having been worth the bench space. Non of the crosses that I have bloomed out, were any where near as good as this. Congratulations, this way above average, a plant to be proud of.
