Has anyone tried Vanda Pearman using
a delenatii vinicolor?

Glen Decker has some (Piping Rock). He said they look a lot like the "regular" one.

Orchids limited have some to sell too. Don't know if they ever saw them in bloom.

I'm pretty sure that Ross (paphreek) has done this, and I have some seedlings of it from our societies' compotting clinic

yes; found the plant tag that says (bellatulum x delenatii var. dunkel), no specific clonal names

or is 'vinicolor' different than 'dunkel'?

Yes, the one I have from Ross (paphreek) is with the vinicolor/dunkel var.
