My PM box keeps getting full because I have some priceless messages (an offer of a plant division for $1500, etc). Is there any way to store "sent items"?

I believe you are correct eggshells, although I've never tried it.
Look at the bottom of the page, there's a gray bar that gives options and below that gray bar are other options. Good luck, let us know how it works!

Its very convoluted but it works. Best way in my opinion is CSV. The other formats are just convoluting. I did the same as I ask people here for culture and information and I want to save it so I did it that way.

Wahhhh! fun for the techno challenged! 
PM's are a PITA. Email is much easier.

I copy and paste my PMs into a Word document, which can be searched.
