Omg so pure.... my seedling from you last year seems to be surging right now. Noticeable increase in robustness. If I bought it as a nice small seedling from you, what might be your estimate of years to bloom? I have been growing Phragmipedium now for 3 full seasons, heading into a fourth and none have bloomed yet (plants started either as seedlings or seriously compromised cheapies from CBG postshow sale; I think plants look good, though thinking about giving more Cal-Mag).

From that size, I'd expect it would take another 15-18 months to reach blooming size. Sounds like it's really moving along. At this time of year with warmer weather looming, we are switching over to Peter's 30-10-10 for our fertilizer. We don't normally use a lot of Cal-Mag as a supplement because the Lake Michigan water supply is naturally high in both Ca and Mg.
