my phal parishii from orchid art is flowering, smells like cherry cola!

the upper left petal was partially fused to the column, so has a dog-eared look to it.

I know most of you are probably thinking "he's right that looks like a dog? why the heck did he post a picture of it?"

• the last three flowerings all of the buds have blasted, most of the other buds this flowering turned yellow and fell off; i'm happy to see an open flower!
• I want to give the plant all the encouragement I can so that it will hold more flowers next time!

yes, there is always hope... it has flowered a good number of times and looked quite nice; this is just sort of an oops that I guess happens once in a while

.....with no apparent reason.
The flower looks cute, and quite blue.

i've read that parishii really likes it fairly warm even hot, and supposedly the warmer it is the more fragrance you can pick up

Lovely parishii charles.... You did very well and posted... Give a little bit more love to your plant (and I do not mean care...) Maybe change the conditions a bit????? Who knows... Good luck...
