Paphiopedilum Amber Gold

I was gifted a division of this plant several years ago by a friend who has grown it since the '80s. My plant is not in top condition (recovering a period without regular fertilization, etc) & this is the first flowering in at least 3 years.

Thanks for the comments! I don't grow many complex Paph's, but love the large flowers and mix of colors/patterns. Often a contrast to many of the species...
