I believe it is, Tony. Very similar coloration, but with more tightly "clamped" petals.
I suppose it could be cultural in nature, as it has spent a dry winter indoors in very subdued light levels.

The petals seemed to spread less than most of the photos I’ve seen, almost curving in behind the lip instead of surrounding it.

The questioning is as much out of curiosity, as anything else.

The petal stance is pretty common for anitum, I don't see anything in your pics that seems out of line for the cross. Mine is starting to crack now, I'll post it for comparison once it is open.

The dorsal looks very praestans to me. It still could be philie parent thou.

The plants are way too big to be a praestans cross.

Here is the Yang-ji Apple I bloomed last month, made with a standard phili rather than var roebelinii. Overall structure is pretty similar to my eye other than the petals. The staminode looks right on Ray's plant

Not sure if this was a praestans or regular glanduliferum x anitum since the two are so mixed up now but the staminode and overall look are very different.
