nice one, wendy!!
But you will have to wait a few more days to see the flower fully opened. The petals will be more twisted.

Nice! It's a Yes, Please from me too on the updated photo!

My wilhelminiae is pushing up a second spike and it looks like that one will also have just the one flower

Thank you. No parent names on the tag. The leaf span is about 16-18". I will post more photos when the other flowers are open. It will be ready for the SOOS show coming up in 4 weeks.

hope the flowers will last that time!! :)

Nice Wendy. I have to agree with others these are not noted for lasting very long. My guess is that you will have two flowers with the first being gone in four weeks.:sob:

Nice clone of wilhelminae Wendy. Three flowers is great for this species. I see it bloomed before, did it have three then? Also, how many growths, 3 plus a start? At one time I had 8-10 of these from OZ, same cross but at last, they all perished:( They didn't fair well with my winters.

It had two flowers last time. There are five mature growths in the pot (4"). each with a new growth started.

Wendy, You are doing a great job of growing it. This would actually be the third flowering. The first time it flower had only two flowers and the third bud dried out because I went on a holiday and the medium was bone dry when I came back.
