Very nice flower but the more I see of it, the more I think its a variety or form of malipoense. If its not then there are a lot of people who need to rethink the combining of curtisii and superbiens.
my understanding is no. the native country must issue export certificates, the country where the plant is to end up (i.e. in the u.s.) needs to issue import certs. if that hasn't happened, then no.
this could be way off...
My malipoense is spiking now (the first time starting in winter), and the spike is growing must faster than the summer spikes it usually produces. Maybe this time I'll get a completely opening flower?!?
