After some frustrating paph bloom experiences (lowii, h.koopowitz, vietnamense 2, concolor, delenatii ...), I am happy to see my chiwuanum in bloom again! I got this plant in december 06, and it flowered first in april 07. This is its 2nd blooming, flower ns +/- 10 cm. Jean

Very nice! Looks like a good sized flower on quite a compact plant which is always a plus.

Nice, but what is frustrating about lowii, h. koopowitz, etc?

my first ever lowii flower on a nice plant is deformed (still hope for a 2nd and 3rd bud to open), so was the bloom of my 2nd vietnamense, and so were the 2 large blooms on my H. Koopowitz ! my concolor and my delenatii blooms have very poor shape.. so far for my frustration! :):)! Jean
