Paph Helen Congleton

The armeniacum x vietnamense photo reminded me of Paph Helen Congleton (P. Norito Hasegawa x P. delenatii), named after one of the geat ladies of slipper orchid culture here in California.
Helen is currently battling a serious illness. I hope all slipper enthusiasts will join me in wishing her a speedy and complete recovery.

I think there is a very strong warm color-cast to the photo. But with that corrected, the flower is just gorgeous.
