First flowering for this plant... I bought it from Thanh Nguyen last year & have been patiently budwatching for months now.

Eric, I count 10 growths on the plant right now... The longest leaves are 9+" and it is growing in a 4" pot.

Sorry, I should have said 'sheath watching'... The bud/flower developed quickly once the plant decided all systems were go

Hi Ross,

I kept this plant fairly moist over the winter (never let it dry any) and all of my plants receive fairly high light levels (including some late-afternoon/early evening direct sun) at this time of year. I'm not sure if any of these factors came into play, but I'm happy with the result.
