Very nice

and the flower remains in perfection for soooooooooooooo long--mine has been in bloom since early April.
This is a well-grown, unblemished plant. Why do people grow jewel orchids when these Paphs produce gorgeous leaves AND flowers? Lawrenceanum when kept in shade is another beauty.
Happy growing

That's one big reason I grow in a greenhouse. All my other orchids, cattleyas, etc. are pretty ugly when not blooming. But, you're right, Frederick, many paphs do look just as nice as jewel orchids. An added bonus to growing paphs! Psychopsis are another type of orchid with nice patterned leaves.
