I got this one mislabeled as Paph. urbanianum. I really like this plant. The petals reflex a lot after a couple of days (which you can see on these photos), but the flower is very colourful, more so than on many photos of this species I saw online.

have you thought of taping cotton swabs or something similarly light to try to keep the petals from reflexing?

No, I've never thought of doing something like that. The reflexing doesn't bother me that much. May be something to try out with the next flower. Is that something people do? Maybe for judging?
