I was cleaning up the plants today when I noticed that my long neglected Paph gratrixianum seedling seems to have, I hate to say it but variegation?!? I've got to be going crazy right?
I think what you have is a plant that requires a feed. The plant appears to be healthy but lacking in a few trace elements. I would give it a good watering then a light feed on a regular basis, say, once a week with a very weak food solution.
If the varigation? remains after a month or two, you have a unique plant.

I feed a balanced fertilizer at 1/3 strength weekly. I don't know, I am going to wait until the plant matures a bit more before getting too excited. I just haven't seen anything like it.
