I love toad lilies. I had a nice giant specimen for a while when I was living in a house and had a garden. Earlier this year I purchased a yellow one (forgot the species) with spotted leaves. I'm not sure it will bloom since my patio is extremely shady, but foliage alone is worth it.

The pup is adorable.

What a sweet, sleepy puppy Dora is! I had toad lilies once upon a time,
but they died after blooming for two years. I donno why.

Dora is going to have to do some growing to catch up with her ears. I
bet she hears every little sound coming from the kitchen!
