I think it is always wonderful to enjoy our flowering orchids!
"Neos" are just so sweet! But I have a question. Why did you cut the spike off of the Paphiopedilum? I have been known to display a few large Paphs like yours, plant and all. It certainly lengthens the life of the flowers if still attached to the plant. Just curious.

The plant wasn't very healthy. Pale yellow, brown leaf tips and no new growth. I figured to reserve its energy in recovering, of course the better thing to do would be to cut the spike very early in development but I wanted to see the potential.
