I saw only one tiny plant at Mr Cramer and found this picture on BlueNantha Orchid website at micranthums.

This form occurs sometimes. Popow imported plants a while ago. Flower is like normal micranthum.

I have some delenatii with foliage reminiscent of your photo. For many years I’ve heard rumors of a purpuratum with a strongly checker-box leaf pattern but never seen it.
