It looks like a Comparettia -- Name change, maybe?

Naw, its a small genus of miniatures confined to the new world tropics and subtropics. This species is unique in that it can be found in the swamps of SW Florida, throughout Central and South America, and also is one of the few orchids to inhabit the Galapagos Islands.

Tom, I have it mounted on a slab of cork, with a moss pad under the roots. 50% shadecloth
