May I open the insigne season in the northern hemisphere?
Two of my insignes have flowers out by now, one more is in bud.
the one to the left in the pic has been selected from a large batch of flowering plants, the one with the narrow dorsal is more of historic interest to me: I received it as insigne x sanderae and it was one of very few Paph crosses the great grower of former East Germany, the late Walter Richter had ever made.
