This is a first-bloom seedling from this cross made by Theresa Hill at Hillsview Gardens in Mulino, OR near Portland.

Theresa has been working very hard for several years to develop large, full complex reds where the color is saturated throughout the flower. The typical edging appearing on the petals and dorsal respectively is a plus in this instance.

Flower width: 10.5 cm.
Petal width: 5.5 cm.
Dorsal width: 8 cm.
