help needed please...

I need some help with the culture of paphs of the section paphiopedilum. Among these, i have exul, villosum, charlesworthii, henryanum, hirsutissimum, esquirolei and affine (villosum x appletonianum). The problem is my henryanum is deteriorating. Can anybody please give me specific tips on its culture?particularly on growing media... The same goes for hirsutissimum and esquirolei and villosum. They seem okay although i grow them warm, but they do not spike..:sob: P. affine is also PITA too... do these require multiple growths before reaching flowering size? tq...
