I have 2 plants of this hybrid
Paph Doctor Brian Edwards Incharm (Pinocchio 'In-Charm' X In-Charm White 'Cooperation' BM/TPS)

Both plants are flowering and the flowers are similar in appearance, except that one plant is larger - single growth, solid green leaves, larger flower. The other plant is smaller, multiple growths, mottled leaves, and smaller flowers.

It's not evident to see the influence of Pinocchio - other than maybe bring down the size of flower..and wavey petals.

Yes, I've seen a great variability in plant appearance in this hybrid too. You should get at least two flowers per spike (three or four us not uncommon) too usually.
