My Encylcia plicata usual blooms in August or September. This year it is blooming very late and accommodating it under lights is a struggle but well worth it. Three more growths are in low spike. Watching them develop will be interesting.

I also struggle with long spikes. Now, I'm having my yearly struggle trying to accommodate my Laelia gouldiana.

@Arne my Laelia gouldiana is in bloom and is always a struggle. I place it on the floor in front of the lights.
