Delenatii

I'm really excited - this is my very first seedling to bloom! It is especially satisfying since this plant had been affected by a nasty mealy bug outbreak late last fall. Some of you may remember my postings which commemorated that ordeal. With your guidance, I was able to treat the outbreak. And now I have a beautiful flower.

p.s. While I was repotting during the mealy scourge, I may have confused my Delenatii tags. I'm not sure if this cross is 'Easy Does It' x 'Destiny' or 'Hien' x 'Tiffany'. I welcome any speculation.

From side to side, the flower measured a little bit short of 3 inches. As a rose lover, I wouldn't dare call it fragrant. But it does have a very slight scent that is hard to describe. Kind of fruity with a little spice. I'm not sure what you would call it.

Gorgeous! By the way, I think delenatii isn't capitalized since it's a species.
That is such a pretty bloom...I have one about to open- I can only hope that mine's as beautiful as yours!
