Coryanthes speciosa

This year, I got this Coryanthes in spike from Orchids Ltd. and it opened last week. Unfortunately, my lowish humidity coupled with the Coryanthes's naturally short bloom time means that the flower is already fading, but here is a picture of it in full swing (sorry about the lighting, I did not want to move it with a foot long spike hanging down). Enjoy.

It was a bit fragrant, somewhat like honeydew. It was not overpowering by any means though.
