Almost lost this earlier this year - all it's roots rotted and it needed some TLC. I reported it in coarse media (orchiata bark with about 10% clay and very large CHC) and placed a clear bag over the top loosely to allow some air movement.
In a week or so I had the first new root followed by a few more but it's still not out of the woods yet. However it's new growth decided to put a couple of flowers out so at least I get to enjoy those.
