The Cycnoches is very nice; I have a similar with a little more brown.

But I looked at again your schunkei (Niiiiiice!) and I have a doubt about the identification. What do you think about it?

Are you sure it's a catasetum schunkei? I found some pictures with Google but not the same flower.
Yours could be denticulatum or an hybrid of denticulatum no?
