That is very pretty, Ron. I like the deep color.

I have two of them but different sizes. One small one is in a pot and a larger one mounted on a bark pole. Both are in bloom but one is a deeper orange than the other. The pole also has a white one that is just starting to bloom. This is my first time trying to grow these and really don't know much about them. I may be asking HELP later on if they don't do well.

A couple of weeks ago I went to a sale and decided at that price, I will give them a try. Wish me luck.

Grandma M, ascocentrums are pretty easy to grow plants, well at least asc. miniatum. They are definitely easier than standard strap leaved vandas..so if you can grow vandas, I think you should have no problem with them...
