Hmmm. That definately has niveum in it and is not an Armeni White. Where did you get it?

I agree with candace. I am no paph expert and keep to my Cyps but I have had a few armeni whites bloom and they looked nothing like that. :confused:

Sorry guys, but that can't be China moon. China moon is Greyi x armeniacum. I have a few of those and they are always a strong yellow in color.

Bob, I follow your thought, armeniacum's yellow is dominant it should carry over, but I got this from parkside at Orchidfest...actually purchased it when I said hello to you at "check out". It was pulled from the other group of China Moon's, just picked out what I thought to be the healthiest of the bunch. Id put my money down that it is what it is labeled just not the cool buttery yellow/creamy ones Ive seen. Growth habit might be a telling here, the leaves are more narrow like armeniacum and it seems to be putting out new growth the way my armenicaum and its hybrids do. But, eh, who knows....at least it doesnt have two pouches and upside down. :wink:
